Terms and Conditions

1. Our team is enthusiastic and delighted that you have chosen our humble service. If you don’t agree to any clause, we advise you to immediately inform us and terminate the use of our service. The placing of the order gives us the right to charge our fees from you. We do not tolerate any fraudulent behavior and condemn cybercrime. Such cases shall be immediately reported to the relevant authorities.

2. Our service shall not be responsible if there is an issue of spam filters, internet connectivity issue at your end system gate.

3. We urge you to keep updated software and a running internet connection when the dealing is approaching. Any delays due to such issues will not be the responsibility of the company.

4. In such cases where delay in delivery is our fault, we shall make a full reimbursement. However, the final decision authority is the agency and no one has the authority to challenge the final decision.

5. We offer a free revision policy to fully satisfy our clients. However, if the complaint to revise the work is not made with 14 days of delivery of final order (30 days if the assignment is large), we shall a nominal fee for revision. Also, note that the revisions will be made on the initial instructions.

6. If you do not find the final order satisfactory, you can lodge a complaint and ask for your money back within five (5) days of the delivery, after this time period you lose your credibility to ask for refund.
